Welcome to SkipOS.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SkipOS mobile application, websites, community features, premium services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using SkipOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use SkipOS.

1. About SkipOS

SkipOS is a fitness, wellness, and community platform that may include:

• Workout tracking
• Skip/jump activity tracking
• Progress monitoring
• Streaks and achievements
• Leaderboards and rankings
• Arena community features
• User-created Circles
• Posts, comments, and reactions
• Personalized experiences
• Premium subscription services

Features may be modified, updated, added, or removed at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use SkipOS, you must:

• Be legally permitted to use the Services under applicable laws
• Have the authority to agree to these Terms
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain a valid account

You are responsible for ensuring your use of SkipOS complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

An account is required to use SkipOS.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Activities conducted through your account
• Keeping account information accurate and up to date

You may not:

• Share accounts in a misleading or abusive manner
• Create accounts using false information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Circumvent account restrictions or enforcement actions

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

SkipOS is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

Any information, recommendations, statistics, insights, activity tracking, AI-generated content, or fitness-related guidance provided through SkipOS is for informational and general wellness purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks
• Participation in workouts may result in injury or health complications
• You are responsible for evaluating your own physical condition
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any exercise program

You participate in physical activities entirely at your own risk.

5. Arena Community Features

SkipOS includes community features known as Arena.

Arena may include:

• Community participation
• Activity feeds
• User interactions
• Leaderboards
• Circles
• Posts
• Comments
• Reactions and likes

Your use of Arena must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

6. Circles

Users may create and participate in Circles.

Circle creators may:

• Manage Circle membership
• Organize Circle discussions
• Moderate Circle activities where applicable

Circle creators do not own any part of SkipOS, Arena, or the platform itself.

SkipOS reserves the right to:

• Remove Circle content
• Restrict Circle functionality
• Remove Circle creators or moderators
• Suspend or delete Circles
• Enforce platform-wide policies

Circle membership does not guarantee access to any Circle indefinitely.

7. Community Standards

Users must treat others respectfully and responsibly.

You may not use SkipOS to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Bully or target users
• Promote hate, discrimination, or violence
• Share unlawful content
• Share fraudulent or deceptive content
• Spam users or communities
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Distribute malicious software
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Interfere with platform operations
• Encourage harmful or dangerous activities
• Engage in unauthorized commercial solicitation

Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. User Content

User Content includes:

• Posts
• Comments
• Reactions
• Profile information
• Profile photos
• Circle content
• Community submissions
• Other content uploaded through SkipOS

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant SkipOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Process
• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Moderate

that content solely for the operation, improvement, moderation, security, and promotion of the Services.

You are solely responsible for content you submit.

9. Profile Photos and Uploaded Content

Users may upload profile photos or use available preset avatars.

You represent that:

• You have the right to upload any content you submit
• Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights

SkipOS reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Leaderboards, Rankings, and Achievements

SkipOS may provide:

• Rankings
• Streaks
• Achievements
• Badges
• Performance records
• Community leaderboards

Users may not:

• Manipulate rankings
• Use automated systems to gain advantages
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Falsify activity records

SkipOS may:

• Review activity
• Adjust rankings
• Remove fraudulent results
• Correct leaderboard errors
• Revoke achievements obtained improperly

Achievements, badges, and rankings have no monetary value.

11. Three Free Sessions

SkipOS may provide new users with three complimentary sessions.

These sessions:

• Are promotional in nature
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• May be modified or discontinued at any time

Availability may vary based on platform, region, or promotional campaigns.

After complimentary sessions are exhausted, access to certain features may require an active subscription.

12. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of SkipOS may require a paid subscription.

The title, pricing, billing frequency, and available subscription plans are displayed within the SkipOS application before purchase.

Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

Renewal Charges

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Renewal charges may occur automatically according to the subscription plan selected by the user.

Billing

Payments are processed through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

depending on the platform used.

Subscription Management

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their platform account settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

13. Intellectual Property

SkipOS and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in:

• Software
• Branding
• Logos
• Designs
• Graphics
• Interfaces
• Features
• Content provided by SkipOS

Except as expressly permitted, users may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Sell
• Exploit

any part of the Services.

14. Enforcement and Moderation

To maintain a safe and trustworthy platform, SkipOS may:

• Review content
• Investigate reports
• Restrict visibility of content
• Remove content
• Limit account functionality
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Restrict access to Arena or Circles

Enforcement decisions may be made without prior notice where appropriate.

Users may report content, comments, Circles, or users that they believe violate these Terms or applicable community standards.

Users may also block other users. Blocking may limit visibility of content, interactions, comments, notifications, and other platform features between the affected users.

SkipOS reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate enforcement action.

15. Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access
• Compatibility with all devices

Services may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

16. Third-Party Services

SkipOS may integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Third-party services
• Third-party policies
• Third-party availability

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

SkipOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability

We do not guarantee that:

• Tracking results will always be accurate
• Community content will always be accurate
• AI-generated information will always be accurate
• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkipOS, its operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Health complications
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Community disputes
• User-generated content
• Reliance on fitness information
• Reliance on AI-generated insights

Your use of SkipOS is entirely at your own risk.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkipOS and its affiliates, operators, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Violation of third-party rights

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted within the Services.

Your continued use of SkipOS after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
